If you would like to complete a Lean Assessment of your Company which will help you to identify how mature your Lean Best Practices are you have 2 options.
Option 1
Select the Contact Us link and send us an email requesting a "Free Lean Best Practice Assessment".
We will send you an excel spreadsheet with instructions on how to complete the assessment.
Option 2 - (only available if a Lean Capabilities Coach is located in your city)
Select the Contact Us link and send us an email requesting for "A Lean Capabilities Coach to come and do a Lean Best Practice Assessment with you". There is a nominal fee of $500.00 for this option.
The Lean Capabilities Coach will do the following as part of this assessment process which will take between 2 and 3 hours: -
a) Undertake a quick site tour of your process with you,
b) Complete with you a more detailed assessment than that available under Option 1 of the Lean Best Practices,
c) Interpret and give feedback on your practice maturity.
