Lean4x4 – 3 Day – Advanced Level Lean Manufacturing
Understanding the Lean Best Practices and selecting those which are appropriate for your business is a necessary first step in any Continuous Improvement Process.
The 3 Day workshop has been designed to allow participants to experience, in a non threatening environment, a Lean Continuous Improvement journey.
Traditional manufacturing practices are firstly experienced by way of a practical simulation.
Each Lean Best Practice is then explained and implemented into the practical simulation to ensure that the simulation Company makes more money.
After each Lean Best Practice is explained participants are invited to do an assessment of their own Company’s maturity and encouraged to list some key actions which they can take back into the workplace.
This workshop is ideal for: -
- Providing executives, management and Continuous Improvement facilitators with an overview of the Continuous Improvement Process and a proven road map for the implementation steps.
- Making all people in the organisation aware of the Continuous Improvement Process and encouraging their involvement and participation.
