A Lean Capabilities Coach is a facilitator and coach. They provide both training and follow up coaching services, offering the unique Lean Capabilities insights to Continuous Improvement in both manufacturing and service based businesses.
Lean Coaching
The focus of a Lean coach is to provide seminars, workshops or courses and coaching on the principles and practices of Lean Thinking to individuals and groups of employees within manufacturing and service industries.
The Lean Coach will conduct workshops of various duration e.g. 1 day, 2 day, 3day etc. aimed at developing the capability of participants in the process of eliminating waste and making value flow. Clients will come from a variety of different industry types including: -
- Employees of medium and large companies,
- Government departments,
- Multi-national organizations etc.
These workshops are highly interactive and hands on, demonstrating in an easy to understand way, the key principles of Lean Thinking and Continuous Improvement.
