Athol has over 25 years experience in manufacturing including Director of Operations of a manufacturing organisation. His experience includes the project management, education and implementation of World Class Continuous Improvement Processes such as Lean, Total Quality Management, Total Productive Maintenance, Theory of Constraints and Enterprise Resource Planning / Supply Chain Management.
He is a leading Continuous Improvement Process educator and has provided company-wide education to blue chip companies in the United States of America, Australia, New Zealand, England and Southern Africa.
He is the developer of a Lean Continuous Improvement Program - Simulation Workshop which is being used by leading operations world wide. Many leading organisations have stated that the practical, doing-is-understanding nature of the workshop is ‘invaluable’ in terms of building internal Continuous Improvement capability.

Paul Anderson
Paul has been involved in assisting Companies with Continuous Improvement Processes over the last 25 years. His approach is founded on many years of research and practical application of the strategies, principles and practices embedded within the philosophies of Lean, Theory of Constraints, and Total Productive Maintenance, both as a practitioner and as a business coach.
Paul has also gathered, through his many roles and responsibilities in business, expertise in Project Management, implementing Enterprise Resource Planning systems, Supply Chain Management, Business Process Re-engineering, and Constraint Based Scheduling and Throughput Costing concepts.
Although originally qualified as a Chartered Accountant and having served in a role as Financial Director, he has over the last 20 years focused his efforts on directing the change process necessary to create world class competitiveness. Such interventions have included, strategy development, training, implementation assistance, coaching and on-going mentoring.

Vic has over 21 years experience within every aspect of the franchising industry, from being a multi-site franchisee to franchise manager and global director of fast growing franchise networks. As the CEO of Lean Capabailities, Vic's wide range of experience, innate knowledge of franchising and how to grow a successful business will boost the growth, expansion and success of Lean Capabailities globally.
Having spent over six years within the coaching franchise industry, Vic has demonstrated his ability to grow franchises to massive worldwide success and he has experience selling to every continent in the world.
Prior to joining Lean Capabailities, Vic consulted and provided strategic and sales advice to franchises around the world. He was also the Australian Franchise Manager, Global Director of Master Licensees, and for the last four years, C.E.O. with ActionCOACH. His time as a franchisee was spent as a multi-site owner in the retail sector.
Vic will work closely with master franchisors and franchisees to develop effective systems that will see Lean Capabailities franchisees develop to their full potential and create their own massively successful businesses. He will also ensure the growth of the network globally, further increasing the power of the brand and the ultimate success of everyone associated with it.
